    Neo Stereolithography – Customer Onboarding & Setup Path

    Welcome to your Neo onboarding journey

    Get up and running with your Stratasys Neo printer quickly and confidently. Follow these steps for site preparation, software setup, installation, and training. Accompanying these guidelines are key resources, guides, and videos to support your success.

    ► Step 1: Site Preparation

    Goal: Ensure your site is ready before delivery.

    Note: Please make sure to send the site preparation checklist to Stratasys or your reseller.

    ► Step 2: Software & License Activation

    Goal: Before printing, set up your GrabCAD Print account and activate your workstation software.

    1. Download GrabCAD Print.
    2. Schedule a training session with an expert [Register for Training].
    3. Explore other resources at Stratasys GrabCAD Support.

    Note: The installation technician will activate the GrabCAD license during installation and Materialise Magics users must set up and license the software with the third-party provider.

    ► Step 3: Customer Hub Registration

    Goal: Access materials, training, and consumables.

    Benefits:

    • Order materials, spare parts, or software.
    • Submit a support ticket.

    Register to the Customer Hub.

    ► Step 4: Basic Online Training

    Goal: As an operator, familiarize yourself with the printer's interface and workflows.

    ► Step 5: Installation & Onsite Training

    Goal: Ensure the system is installed and your team is confident in daily operation.

    The process includes:

    1. Printer delivery and unboxing.
    2. Printer leveling and laser calibration.
    3. Printing a first successful print.
    4. Training by a field service expert on the printer UI and operation.

    ► Step 6: Onsite Operator and Programmer Training

    Goal: Receive 3-day in person training with a Stratasys Customer Trainer.

    What is covered?

    • Build preparation basics and SL theory of operation.
    • GrabCAD Print and Titanium Assistant workflow demonstration and practice.
    • Post-processing workflow and best practices.
    • Machine and resin maintenance procedures.

    ► Step 7: Remote Application Training

    Goal: On a call with an application engineer, receive guidance on creating applications.

    After the call, you’ll be able to:

    • Operate your system with confidence, including basic maintenance, navigation, and job management.
    • Use GrabCAD Print and Titanium Assistant effectively for job setup, queues, and user access.
    • Apply application-specific best practices, with brief guidance on relevant advanced topics.
    • Know where to get support and training, including Stratasys Academy and ongoing learning options.

    ► Step 8: Advanced Training & Resources

    Goal: Continue building expertise and extracting performance from your Neo additive solution.
