Get up and running with your Stratasys H350 quickly and confidently. Follow these steps for site preparation, software setup, installation, and training. Accompanying these guidelines are key resources, guides, and videos to support your success.

► Step 1: Site Preparation

Goal: Ensure your site is ready before delivery.

► Step 2: Software & License Activation

Goal: Before printing, set up your GrabCAD Print account and activate your workstation software.

  1. Download GrabCAD Print.
  2. Set up your GrabCad Control account.
  3. Activate your software license
    Note: License activation is completed by the technician performing the installation.  
  4. Schedule a training session with an expert [Register for Training].
  5. Explore other resources at Stratasys GrabCAD Support.

► Step 3: Basic Online Training

Goal: As an operator, familiarize yourself with the printer's interface and workflows.

► Step 4: Register to the Customer Hub

Goal: Access materials, training, and consumables.

Benefits:

  • Order materials, spare parts, or software.
  • Submit a support ticket.

► Step 5: Installation & Onsite Training

Goal: Ensure the system is installed and your team is confident in daily operation.

The process includes:

  1. Printer delivery and unboxing.
  2. Printer leveling and calibration.
  3. Printing a first successful print.
  4. Training by a Stratasys expert on the printer UI, maintenance procedures, GrabCAD Print workflow, and more!

► Step 6: Remote Application Training

Goal: Receive guidance on creating applications on a call with an application engineer.

What is covered?

  • SAF - Design Guide is provided and discussed.
  • Build preparation basics, including a GrabCAD demo are reviewed.

► Step 7: Customer Enablement Visit (Optional)

Goal: With a two-day on-site visit by an application engineer accelerate the learning through sharing best practices and tips & tricks across the entire workflow - from initial design to final part production.
