Updating the Printer Software
GrabCAD Job Manager and the printer software need to be updated each time a new version of GrabCAD Print is released. When a new software version is available for installation, the following alert appears.
Note: It is not possible to run software update on remote printers, since they are not connected to the same network as GrabCAD Print. To update the software, either connect the printer to the same network as GrabCAD Print, or use a different method, such as USB flash drive. To use the USB flash drive, contact your service provider.
To install the software update:
| 1. | Tap  to open the Alerts screen. |
| 2. | Tap the New version is ready alert. |
| 3. | When the message appears, tap . |
| 4. | In the Software Configuration screen, tap . |
Note: Make sure that the latest version of Job manager is installed.
| 5. | Select the software version listed. |
The installation wizard opens.
| 6. | Follow the wizard until the new software version is installed. |
